Specialized Trauma Therapy for Millennial Women
Therapy for anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, and life transitions — in-person in Arvada and online across Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Florida.
Many of the women I work with appear high functioning on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in survival mode.

"Empowerment is about finding the courage to tune into your own voice, make sense of your story, and choose to live a life that's authentically yours."

OWNER OF MEER SOUL COUNSELING
Jill Lees, LCSW
EMDR-Trained Trauma Therapist
Hi, I’m Jill Lees, LCSW, founder of Meer Soul Counseling.
I work primarily with millennial women navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, perfectionism, and life transitions.
Many of my clients are insightful, high functioning, and deeply self-aware — but internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in survival mode.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, and nervous-system-focused care.
I aim to create a therapy space where you do not have to over-explain yourself or perform being “okay.”
